4/10/2018 Bought home in 2018 in MD 21157. Hope Greenlee is an amazing realtor who met and exceeded all of our needs. She went above and beyond to help us find our home. As a first time homebuyer, she patiently walked me through the steps and answered all of my questions. 1/2/2018 - Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Bel air, MD. Hope was the most responsive, positive and friendly person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made herself available to show us houses whenever we found one, often looking at 10 in a single day. Even after looking at well over the average number of houses she kept us going to find the right house. Once we found the right home, she structured our offer that made our winning bid attractive in a highly competitive situation while keeping at asking price. My only regret is that since we are in our forever home we will not get to work with her again. 11/13/2017 - Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Jarrettsville, MD. Hope is great. She hits the mark on all aspects. Especially communication and follow up. She's professional but at the same time feels like a friend striving to make sure the client gets what they are looking for in a house. I would highly recommend Hope to anyone looking to buy a house. 10/11/2017 - Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Essex, MD. Hope was the realtor for the buyer of our home, however, we felt she was an outstanding, honest and knowledgeable realtor. She represented the buyer very well and always maintained a professional. I would not hesitate to provide a friend, for family member her name if they need a realtor.
