About PAIGE Her first client was a young family, purchasing their first house. As a newly licensed agent, Paige was excited to help this family find the perfect house. A military move was in the works and the family had their list of wants and needs, including the communities they were interested in. They weren't looking for fancy, expensive or even new construction; they wanted space. Their problem?? 4 days to find the house. After viewing more than 25 properties in 3 days, without finding 'the one', the family was getting discouraged. As day 3 wrapped up, Paige suggested a newer development that was just a few miles further than the family liked. This house she had in mind included almost every need and many of the wants the family requested. The listing price was above their preferred budget. However, with her negotiating skills and some flexibility from the buyers, they were able to purchase their first home within their budget. This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent PAIGE is, and the type of agent she continuously strives to be for her clients. Paige was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. Paige was raised in Florida and North Carolina with 3 siblings. As a child, Paige had aspirations of being a Attorney. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As the years went by, Paige worked her way from scooping ice cream at Friendly's to CFO, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.
