About Atwaul 'Star' aul 'Star'
Atwaul (phonetically spelled to rhyme with étoile which is French for star) was raised in Pensacola, Florida with 3 siblings. As a child, Atwaul aspired to be a Landscape Architect and Poet. Never in a million years did she think she would stumble into the real estate industry, but you cannot always predict where or when you will discover what you are meant to do in life. Atwaul was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you must work for it. So that is what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Atwaul received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. However, when it was time to go work in the field, she studied 7 years for, the market crashed. Desperate to not just pay the bills but enjoy life to the fullest-she worked 2 part time jobs. She started A&O Design Solutions with her now husband as a marketer and designer as well as worked with a Realtor in Tallahassee, Florida as an executive assistant. She thoroughly enjoyed all she learned while working both places and that was the beginning of her real estate career. Later she went on to work exclusively in property management closing over $3.5 million in rental transactions and consistently lowering delinquency and increasing income by $10k every quarter. Then she became a portfolio manager working exclusively with over 120 investors helping them add to their passive income in order to fulfill their life goals. Never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move she is now a Realtor.
