• Clean all glass surfaces, including mirrors, patio doors, screens, and tables. • Polish wood surfaces for a refreshed, well-cared-for look. • Vacuum rugs, shampoo carpets, and mop all floors thoroughly. • Wipe down leather furniture to remove dust and restore shine. • Remove cobwebs from every corner of the home. • Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, and blinds. • Deep-clean all appliances until they sparkle—yes, even the ones rarely used. • Scrub sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, and countertops. These must be spotless. • Eliminate stains, mildew, and discoloration from all tiled areas, especially grout. • Clean window treatments and wash the windows to maximize natural light. • Wash the walls—this should be done before repainting, saving you time later.
