Tanya Lorimore, of TEL Realty, based in Huntington Beach, is a ten year veteran of the real estate industry. She has represented clients all throughout Southern California and across the United States in over 640 real estate transactions. Tanya has built a solid foundation of clients through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting her client’s needs first. She studied the Finance, Real Estate, Law (FRL) program at California State University Long Beach and afterwards began work in real estate. Passionate about real estate investment, Tanya went on to obtain her Broker license, in order to better help people achieve their goals in all things real estate. Her know-how and experience in all the facets of a real estate transaction enables her to continually exceed her client’s expectations. Tanya's listings will typically set new records of being the highest value property sold in the neighborhood. This is something her clients are proud of and part of the reason they remain as lifetime clients, often referring her services to friends and family. Tanya attributes this to the fact that she “takes deep pride in providing my clients the highest level of service and helping them to achieve all their real estate goals.” Her colleagues in the industry nominated her for the cover or Executive Agent and was placed on the cover in January 2021.
