divide up the proceeds among siblings because there's too many chiefs and not enough indians or maybe it's so dated and in need of repairs that the time and investment isn't worth the headache to fix it up and keep it or maybe it added more monthly debt than you care to handle or maybe if you did have the time and money and could do the necessary repairs and updates you could sell it for tens of thousands more than you put into it.
