About Eric Eric was born at Morrison Field Air Force Base in West Palm Beach, Florida. His sales career started at 9 years of age selling greeting cards door to door. At 20, he became a full time firefighter & EMT for the city of West Palm Beach for seven years. It was during this time, on his days off, he got serious about selling real estate. In fact, while on a showing appointment, his client’s baby fell in the pool and drowned. Eric jumped into action and saved their 18month old son’s life. Today, with over 35 years of real estate experience, Eric has been rated in the top 1% of all Realtors in the U.S. since 1988. Eric is consistently one of the top producers in Florida. He has earned membership in these highly coveted groups: Titan Club, Platinum Club, 100% Club and Hall of Fame, as well as receiving the Life Time Achievement Award. Further, he regularly sells 20 times more homes than the average agent.
