She compelled the tenants to cooperate during showings and even got them to be content to show the property. I love how she was considerate of the tenants. She had the offers in hand before showing the property and scheduled the showings for only two days. She was knowledgeable of retrofitting that was required by Los Angeles County for rental inspections. I can see why four other seniors chose to work with her on the sale and purchase of their properties during their downsizing. She was always a joy to work with.
