Dave was incredibly wonderful in finding us our dream home! My husband and I had quite the interesting time with our lender but Dave remained positive and professional to keep us level headed. Dave always listened to are wants and and treated us just like his own family- there is no one else I would have trusted more with this process especially as a first time home buyer. David Soscia listed my house and had it under contract 3 times!. Only problem was I couldn't find the house I wanted to move into. So I ended up refinancing my house. Dave is a very hard working agent. I was very impressed with his work ethic. I will be listing my house again and when I do David Soscia will be my agent.
