We recently used David as our Realtor when searching to buy our first home and we were not disappointed! He has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market and was able to educate us on and help us learn about both the buying and selling processes. As an experienced rental property owner, who has done a lot of the actual work on his properties, he was very observant on what to look for when we were walking through a house in regards to defects or potential projects and the cost or timeline needed to make the necessary changes, a skill that not all realtors have. The information that he provided was very helpful to us as buyers when making a decision regarding a house. David helped us buy our dream home and if we ever need to sell and buy again, we know who we will be using as our Realtor!
