CHOOSING AND HIRIN G AND HIRING A MOVER

Movers are a big help with all the items you need to pack, load, and transport over a long distance. If you are bringing several rooms of furniture and a family load of personal possessions, hiring a moving company will be the practical choice. With long distance moves being expensive, you need to consider all your moving options carefully (including whether you might want to drive or ship your car in advance). Obtain at least three to four bids from different moving companies before you decide on a provider. If relocating for work, ask your employer about moving entitlements.
