About Hector
Hector was raised in Manhattan, NY before moving to Meriden, CT with his parents and younger brother. As a child, Hector had aspirations of being a Major League Baseball player. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Hector was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Hector worked his way from a Manufacturing Engineering Clerk to a Branch Manager at a local Credit Union, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Hector got into the real estate industry 14 years ago when his high school science teacher, who was also a real estate investor, taught him about financial freedom through investing in real estate. He set out to obtain as much knowledge and experience in real estate as possible. From investing in real estate, to becoming a mortgage officer in order to understand lending practices, conducting credit counseling, and attaining his real estate license as an agent; Hector has become, and is, well versed in all facets of real estate.
