communicate with everyone involved effectively and regularly can cause not only a delay in closing but unneeded stress along the way. The experience of the process is utmost of importance to minimize the stress along the way. I set the stage of my communication from the time you present your offer, as I always call the listing agent to introduce myself, and provide a comfort level of working with us as a team and the strength of the buyer. This has helped many of my agents get their offers accepted over other offers in a mulitple offer situation. Everyone wants a smooth transaction. If you have questions, I get back to you. I answer and let you know what’s going on, from origination to closing. You may not choose to work with me, but whomever you choose to work with, you want to make sure they are a lender who keeps you updated. A lender that also communicates with the listing agent, escrow and all parties involved in the transaction. Isn't it always the goal to not only close on time but that the process is smooth and pleasurable for all.
CONSEQUENCES OF AN UNCOMMUNI MMUNICATIVE LEADERS
In my 38+ years I have seen alot unfortunate scenarios. I have rescued many of those loans in which the issues should never have happened. For multiple reasons things go wrong but by not communicating along the way, things can get out of hand Working with an inexperienced loan officer, or even an out of state loan officer, not to mention a loan officer who focuses mainly on refinances can be critical to the success and the experience of your transaction. Everyone has an uncle or a cousin or friend that does loans but are they the expert in the business?
