Christie helped us to find a home in Colorado Springs in a very competitive market. She advocated and negotiated on our behalf with the seller. She helped us a good deal and convinced them to fix several things that came up in the inspection. She showed us lots of homes that we loved and helped us to put together a good offer to be competitive in the market. She gave us great advice and pointed out lots of things we wouldn't have noticed about the homes we looked at. A couple times we were tempted to put an offer on a house that didn't really meet our needs and she reminded us how important some things like a 2- car garage was to us. A lot of realtors just want to make a sale, but she takes a personal interest to make sure you find the best home for you.
