About Robert W. Bohart . Bohart Robert "Rob" Bohart has lived in 7 different states: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, and New York. He moved to the Charleston area in 1998. He worked in the construction industry since he was 19. Rob worked with a high production builder for about 6 years in Mount Pleasant, SC. He started his own company as a licensed builder in 2005. In 2010, Robert W. Bohart became a licensed Real Estate Salesman. In Mount Pleasant, SC, Rob started his first few years as a Realtor working for Charleston Coastal Realtors. From 2013 to 2017 Rob worked with Century 21 Properties Plus. Rob moved his license early in 2017 to The Boulevard Company where he currently enjoys working as a REALTOR®, keeping an office in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Rob continues to practice homebuilding as a licensed Residential Builder while also working diligently as a licensed Real Estate Agent.
