100% Focused on the Clients

Kat and Darren’s unconventional approach to marketing real estate, which focuses on putting 100% of their marketing dollars into marketing their clients' properties, has been incredibly effective. They have been able to take advantage of video marketing to create high-quality videos for every property they sell, regardless of its value.

Darren and Kat’s strategy of creating high- production videos for every listing has helped them to build trust. As Kat puts it “when we decided to do the videos, we made one solid decision, and that was every single house gets a video.” This simple but transformative decision has “really changed the game,” explains Kat. She reveals that it was “honestly the best move we could have made.” As a result, they have been successful in selling many homes sight unseen, which has allowed them to serve clients from all over the world. Kat and Darren based the decision to market every home in this way on their core beliefs. Darren explains, “We believe the same for all our clients. People in general, whether or not it's a $4 million home or a $100,000 home. We just believe…that's their most important asset.” Kat agrees, saying, “it doesn't matter what the value of the home is. It means that much to the homeowner, right? Regardless of value, that's their biggest investment, and that's the buyer's biggest investment. So everybody deserves the equal amount of time and attention.”

Darren explains why the Leblanc group’s mindset has set them up to be so successful:

I think really the biggest thing that really transformed our growth…was just doing the best for our clients. Marketing our client's properties and putting all our marketing dollars into our clients. We don’t buy benches, buses, or billboards. 100% of our marketing dollars goes into marketing the property. Even though “You'll see nothing advertised about us, nothing,” says Darren, clients still feel like they get to know the couple through their videos. As Darren explains, “Katherine and I have been together for 23 years. So what you see on the camera's pretty much who we are.” This is especially true for out-of-town clients, who can feel confident that the Leblanc group is “100% focused on them” and providing reliable information through their videos and pre-home inspections.
