About David David has been coming to the Emerald Coast/Destin area with his wife Laurie and their seven (7) children since 1989. With a large family, they needed space primarily bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be happy including the spouses of their children and grandchildren. David had a difficult time finding a home on the beach with many bedrooms on the beach! He rented condos, homes and hotel rooms over the years from Navarre Beach to Santa Rosa Beach. In 2014, David began buying and selling real estate in the Destin area. In 2020, David sold his luxury beach front property to purchase a large three (3) story home overlooking the beach in Destin, Florida. As a professional Real Estate Investor, David was familiar with 1031 exchanges and successfully closed this transaction resulting in a very profitable event in the capacity as both the Seller and Buyer of beach front properties. David continued buying and selling properties in Walton County nearby his luxury property in Okaloosa County. Since 2020, David has been the owner and partner of SEA-E- O Luxury Vacation Rentals, LLC managing a portfolio of real estate properties with an approximate market cap of $50 million in current real estate value. Due to the number of properties David was purchasing and selling since 2014, David became a Florida licensed Real Estate agent. As a retired Executive with college degrees in both Accounting and Petroleum Land Management, David has been engaged in buying and selling oil and gas properties totaling over $1 Billion in closed transactions since 1984.
