our first shore home. He then sent me a link to around 20 properties that fit the profile that Lynn and I had described to Jamie. We went through and selected 8 properties that we were interested in and set up the first Saturday in January to go visit these properties. This was the first time we actually had met Jamie and he began showing us the properties. The 8 homes fit exactly our profile and we had a strong interest in three, but really liked the third home we went through. He assisted us in the negotiations as we made an offer that day.
