About Monia Monia is a NH native that has been passionate about decorating and real estate since her earliest years growing up in Manchester, NH. She always knew that she wanted to have a career helping others find the beauty in their homes. She received her degree in Interior Design in 1994, and in 2019 found herself drawn to real estate, serving clients and guiding them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. She feels incredibly blessed to have worked with amazing people who become her friends and a strong part of her network. She carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent Monia is, and the type of agent she continuously strives to be for her clients. Monia was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. Monia now lives in Palm Bay with her fiance, youngest son, and four cats. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside with her family and friends, taking motorcycle trips, cruising, and going to the gym.
