About Steve Depoe Steve Depoe was raised in Parsippany NJ with 3 younger sisters. As a child, Steve had aspirations of being an Engineer and Project Manager. Never in a million years, after a very successful Engineering career, did he think he’d return to the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Steve was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Steve worked his way from Project Engineer to Engineering Director, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Steve got back into the real estate industry 5 years ago when he joined his wife Rose, to form their own Real Estate business creating The Rose Realty Team. Their goal is not to treat people like clients, but to treat them like members of their family. He set out to: * Transform the Real Estate industry bringing back the personal people aspect of the business.
* Treat people not as clients but as members of the family.
* Bring back the professionalism that has been lost in the industry. As his career advanced, Steve found his stride working with First Time Home Buyers and homes that were difficult to sell, in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He’s an expert in Social Marketing and Business Negotiations. He has often been heard saying,
