Tim has realized his childhood dream of becoming an entrepreneur following in his grandfather's footsteps, and is now a Real Estate Entrepreneur, REALTOR®, Investor, Private Money Broker and Mentor. His team specializes in selling and investing in single-family properties in the north Texas area. Tim and his wife Gaby are a one-stop shop for real estate in north Texas. Gaby is a Senior Loan Originator (RMLO # 994468) with American Mortgage Company (NMLS #303719) providing owner-occupied as well as investor loans to clients. They also are private money brokers through Blazing Star Capital LLC providing short-term fix and flip loans to investors with access to over $10 Million in investable funds seeking investors of all skill levels and experience. They also buy single- family homes in north Texas for their own inventory and present a variety of options to help sellers net more money in the timeframe they desire when selling their home. His team member Karly Owens assists in acquisition of property and serves buyers in the north Texas area. Nessa keeps them all on track overseeing the contract-to-close process. Tim also trains other real estate investors through various mentoring options offered through Real IMPACT Training Systems and assists them with training, leads and funding. Tim lives in Wichita Falls, Texas with his wife Gaby. And they have one son Timmy Jr., and a daughter Stephanie. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar with his church's worship team, reading and travel.
