Because JAVA Mortgage is familiar with all of these loan programs, they can pre-qualify you and your potential buyers to ensure they obtain financing. That way, you avoid wasting time with buyers that will not qualify for financing.

Home Inspection
How do you know whether a home should have an inspection or not? Often times an inspection is not required but requested by a potential buyer. Other times, lenders will not offer financing without an inspection so this process may be a required in that situation. Inspections can include but not limited to plumbing, heating, electrical, structural, roof, well, septic, and sewer. An inspector that has had training and certification can conduct an inspection to tell if there are major life-threatening problems like mold or faulty wiring. If you need inspection services, please reach out to any of the following inspectors. You do not have to choose one from this list, these are just my recommendations.
