Honestly, I would give David 6 stars if the program would allow me to. David came highly recommended and he did not disappoint!! My brother and I contacted him regarding the sale of my late father's rental property. He was professional, knowledgeble and REALLY knew the market. He expertly negotiated the sale and got us exactly the amount we wanted - an amount that other real estate agents had told us was $150K higher than their estimated market value of our property. My absolute favorite part of working with David was his communication. When you are working with David you feel like his only client. He is always available to jump on a call or answer an email. Part of the stress of selling a property is dealing with all the details of the negotiation and dealing with the inevitable hiccups and stalls that happen along the way. David's philosophy is that it is his job to not only deliver monetarily, but also to handle the stress of all those moments and challenges. David did a brilliant job of shielding us from the stress, often times only calling us to let us know what the challenge was and how he had already solved or addressed it or what he was doing to navigate it. During the entire process I felt a sense of ease and trust that my property was in the right hands. I am so grateful to David and his team and will be recommending him with the highest regards to all my friends and family. David and his team were very professional and efficient. From start to finish, they got the job done. I knew that David would take care of even the smallest issues, and I felt confident selling our home with every step of the way.
