Are they available to talk with? • Is this the only property the estate controls? Rob began to notice that Michael, Curt and Kim didn't know the answers to many of these questions. They did not previously think of many of these items or potential issues. Bill never asked any of these questions...maybe he just wanted to sell a house quick and move on with this life? Rob was able to show Michael, Curt and Kim that there is some light at the end of this tunnel. Rob also explained to them his Custom Assertive Marketing Plan for the home. In fact, as they were talking with Rob, he began to see their eyes light up. They were voicing their opinions, listening intently and became more accepting of this difficult situation they are facing now that they had someone, Rob Rosa, looking out for them 100%. They have a friend in the business. Someone who cares about them and they can trust. In fact, Rob said that the look on their faces is one of the reasons he keeps helping people in real estate, now for over 25 years! Michael, Curt and Kim began to clean out the home and even had a referral partner, from Rob, come over the home to discuss helping them. Rob started on their "preparation plan" for the home that day, started showings within 14 days after conducting a Coming Soon campaign. Rob made sure all three siblings received weekly reports and was in constant communication with them. The home was sold for the most money possible!
