About Rob Rosa Rob recently met three siblings who were distruaght because both their mother and father passed away within a one year span. This was the house Michael, Curt and Kim lived in throughout their entire childhood and into their teeenage years. This was the home they would come back to, as adults, and bring their own children to spend time with their elderly parents. Michael was the youngest of the three and was the executor of the estate. He was tasked with handling the tasks such as: • safeguarding the assets, • petitioning the court for probate, • administering the estate, • settling all claims, • disbursing the remaining property and much more, not to mention keeping the family together. This was difficult for Michael because he is a busy professional, has a young family that needs his attention but still wanted to do the best he could for his siblings. They, Curt and Kim, needed the money much more than Michael. Curt and Kim had not done as well over the past years. They were fearful for the future in many ways. Neither Michael nor Curt understood the probate process and were not sure what to do. Their main tasks were to cut the grass and help clean out the home. They were looking to Michael to handle all the financial, insurance, real estate, and probate concerns to make them as much money as possible.
