Those words from her grandmother created the mindset for Rosemary that she would always hold onto and drive her to grow her business. In the Spring of 1997, after the birth of her second child, Rosemary dove into the world of real estate sales. She started and has never looked back. Her first year in real estate was award winning for her as she was thrilled to receive "The Rookie of the Year" award from a large company with over 26 offices south of Boston to the Cape. As the years went by, Rosemary worked her way from "Rookie of the Year" sales agent to yearly consistent sales awards and building a team, while raising a family and studying and learning everything she could about her real estate profession. After ten awarded years in real estate sales, Rosemary was approached by a large national company who was moving into the Boston area to manage a location 12 miles outside of Boston. Thrilled to teach, manage, coach, recruit, mentor and bring her profession to "the next level", Rosemary was able to create her successful start in the world of Real Estate Management . She always embraced the resolve of becoming the best version of herself with every career move. Her years in real estate management were not unlike her years in sales. She became a top manager, recruiter, trainer/coach and speaker throught the over 26 office locations she managed for 3 international real estate brands and one regional real estate group.
