Rosemary T. Kelleher - GAIN MORE FREEDOM BY DOWNSIZING YOUR HOME

About Rosemary T. Kelleher Rosemary Terry Kelleher was raised in the suburbs just outside Boston, Massachusetts, by her parents Bill & Maureen Terry and was the oldest of 5 siblings (Bill, Tom, Bob and Eileen). She came from a very large extended family which she says was one of her greatest blessings. As a child, Rosemary had aspirations of growing up, getting married, starting a family and somehow working to help people in either marketing or sales. Never in a million years did she think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. In fact, after working for a large Boston based manufacturing company in sales and sales support, Rosemary married Tim Kelleher and they started their family. During her time at home after the birth of her oldest child, Rosemary recognized that her and her husband needed to buy a home for their expanding family. The process of buying a home became very exciting and connected with Rosemary and she quickly decided it was exactly the profession she wanted to pursue in addition to her roles as a young mother and wife. "It felt like the exact fit for me", she stated. Rosemary was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it, commit to it and be a daily student of your profession. After a conversation with her maternal grandmother, Helen Bergin, who was herself a mother of 10 kids, Rosemary claims that's where her real enthusiasm and excitement got started. Her grandmother discussed the role of working mothers and the absolute endorsement and encouragement that being a real estate agent would be a great and wise choice. Her words are shared by Rosemary whenever she speaks about her entry into the real estate profession:

"Being a real estate professional is a fantastic idea for you
