I was very pleased and quickly accepted his invitation when Nelson asked me to write a foreword for his book. I have no reservations about telling that he is a great professional and knows his trade. Also, that it is a pleasure working with him, he makes the whole transaction feel very easy. I know and have been working with Nelson for over 10 years. I’m an investor and Nelson has represented me on the sale of 4 properties so far. Working with him gives me the con fi dence that I’m getting the best value for the sale of the property. He knows the market and is an expert on determine the correct market value of the property and what to do to prepare the property to sell for the best return. Nelson is great on keep us informed about all of the activities of the sale process, he is also a great marketer and will expose the property to the most opportune buyers that have an interest and are qua lifi ed to purchase.
