I’m a Browns Valley-based REALTOR® specializing in rural and lifestyle properties across the Yuba–Sutter foothills and greater Sierra Nevada region. I help clients buy and sell homes, land, and legacy properties — with a focus on acreage, horse property, and country homes that require real expertise in things like wells, septic systems, road access, and zoning. My connection to rural life runs deep. I spent summers as a kid on my family’s ranch in Northern California, where I developed a love for open land, hard work, and the quiet rhythm of country living. That early experience shaped the way I work today — with honesty, patience, and a hands-on approach. Professionally, I bring over 20 years of experience in logistics, education, and international business, including more than a decade living and working overseas. Those years taught me how to serve people across cultures, manage complex negotiations, and support families through big transitions — skills I now use to guide my clients through buying or selling real estate with clarity and care.
