If things get complicated during the buying and selling process, the agent can offer you the best professional advice. No matter the situation with which you’re faced, a good real estate agent has most probably already seen it all and—more importantly—knows how to handle it. If the situation requires it, your agent can even act as your intermediary. A seller’s agent can bring up a listing price that may get the attention of multiple buyers as well as represent the true value of the property. A seller’s agent can also recommend to the client the necessary repairs that need to be done in order to make the property look like it’s worth every dollar. It basically all comes down to the level of professionalism with which the deal is handled. Even a sure sale can go wrong at the last minute, unless both parties respect deadlines and anticipate potential problems.
