There are some rooms that are more important to buyers than others. These are the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms—in that order. KITCHENS
The kitchen is perhaps the most critical room to update in your house. Why? Because if the kitchen looks good, buyers are often willing to overlook issues in other rooms. Like every other room, the kitchen should be clean, decluttered, updated, and welcoming. Remember, you don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on a new kitchen. Some well-planned and relatively inexpensive touches can really make a difference, both to buyers and to your home’s value. These could include:
