Meet Our Dedicated Team Phillip and Noriel joined forces in 2022 to form My Probate Solutions, a full-service real estate team with a mission to help administrators/executors navigate the probate process and through real estate life transitions. As licensed real estate professionals, they have carefully drafted their business to offer comprehensive services to families, fiduciaries, and their attorneys to what is most important and maximize the estate's value. Noriel started his career in real estate in 2004, specializing in trust and probate sales. He has since acquired a wealth of
knowledge and experience in the field. Noriel is passionate about helping his clients navigate the complex legal aspects of trust and probate sales. He takes pride in offering his clients the highest level of service and strives to make complex transactions as stress-free as
possible. Noriel is an active member of the California Association of Realtors.
Born in Santa Monica and growing up in Los Angeles, he has a vast knowledge of Los Angeles and various cities and niches. Noriel attended UCLA where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. He also earned his MBA from California State University, Long Beach. Through Noriel's problem-solving ability and patiently educating his clients on what is entailed in the probate process of selling real estate, Noriel creates a sense of security as they move through that process with him. He currently resides in Rancho Palos Verdes with his wife and two boys. In his free time, he enjoys taking walks, playing basketball and spending time with his family.
