Public adjusters have access to Xactamate which is the same program that the insurance companies use to figure out your claim. Just by having the public adjuster present with you when you meet your insurance companies adjuster at the claim inspection the insurance company knows that it has to treat you fairly and pay your claim accurately or they will be tied up and doing battle with the public adjuster.
A public adjuster can also show you how to maximize your claim by preparing documentation and videos of your property ahead of any potential damage.
I hold a Public Pennsylvania Adjusters license. Let me give you a couple of examples of how I have personally helped property owners maximize their fair and full insurance claims.
