Richard Davis - GET THE MOST MONEY FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT

First was when hurricane Sandy destroyed the Jersey shore. I had a gentleman who was paid $80,000 for the damages to his Jersey Shore home. In addition to having my Real Estate license and my Public Adjusters license I am also a licensed General Contractor. I know what things cost, I knew that he could not fix his house for $80,000 so I offered to write him up on Xactamate and when I completed my calculations, we reopened his claim and were able to get him another $80,000. Public adjusters generally do not take any upfront fees and instead work for 10% of whatever extra money we generate for the insured. So, in this case my client generated an extra $72,000 that he would not have had without me and I earned an $8,000 commission for helping him. Another claim that I helped with was a motel that had its roof torn off by hurricane Ida. The insurance company inspected his property and wrote him a check for $250,000 to close his claim. Again, with my knowledge of construction and insurance claims I reopen the case and documented that he should have been paid a full $1.5 million to cover all the damage. Within a few weeks of threatening in writing to take the insurance company to court, my client received the balance of his $1.5 million claim and he was able to restore his hotel. Talk to or meet with a public adjuster before you have a claim. Call, text or email me if you have any questions.
