About Jim Dilley
Jim Dilley was raised in Des Moines with 3 siblings, 2 horses and one dog named Sandy. As a child, Jim had aspirations of being a lawyer. Never did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover your passion. Jim was taught at a young age that life isn't fair, it's not all about you, and God has a purpose for your life. If you want something, you have to work for it, and at the same time, learn to trust His plan. As the years went by, Jim worked his way from training "Roughnecks" for the offshore oil patch to the Director of Human Resources for a Fortune 100 company, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Jim got hooked on the real estate industry over 30 years ago when he purchased his first home after college with no money down, so he could save the money his parents had given him for furniture. He set out to teach other first time home buyers how they could also use this strategy. During his real estate career, Jim has been involved in everything from $100k fix and flips, to nine (9) figure development projects. He’s an expert in new home construction and a master negotiator, known for his integrity and straight forward approach.
