My wife and I asked Effie Young to be our realtor for our very first home purchase together. We were excited but yet not very knowledgeable what we needed and what to do. Effie guided us every step of the way. Even though the house market at the time made it difficult to stay positive, Effie ensured us that what is meant to be will be. And we couldn't be any happier with what came to be. We were able to get a home in the neighborhood we really, really wanted and the entire experience was AMAZING! We had little to no stress. We were prepared for every step, and we never had to wait more than a day to have our questions answered. And it was all thanks to Effie. I know we will get to work with Effie again in the future because Effie will be the first person who we call. Thank you very much!!!! Effie now lives in Henderson where she relocated from the Cleveland area in Ohio. Her youngest son followed her here and her older son and daughter stayed in the Cleveland area. In her free time, she enjoys reading and attending her book club meeting with friends. Effie aims to provide the highest level of service to her clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
